HEATHER NEESHAM - the rightfit
With 13 years experience in Marketing and Design at Procter & Gamble, Heather understands the qualities firms’ and agencies’ clients look for in a strategic partner. Heather’s unique ability to translate these qualities and personalize them allows rightbrain recruiting, llc to create the rightfit. After leaving P&G, she joined RGI Design as director of marketing. Her role at RGI required analysis and strategic planning for several leading global consumer brands.

Her first hand experience, 13 years of industry contacts, and leadership in the design community, Heather understands the corporate cultures of the major local firms, and the personalities that function best in each.

As a catalyst between designers and firms, Heather is active in the design community as a professional bringing unique insights while furthering her understanding of the challenges that face today’s design industry.
